During two years in Sprout Design, we conceived, designed, revised, prototyped and tested the physical components of a new delivery system for delivering the undeliverable: Fine plated food from the best restaurants in London.

The product range included: delivery system design, crockery, mechanical suspension and cooling/heating system; delivery hampers and vehicle-fitted top box.

My responsibilities were: creating the product service system visualisation that was a key part of the project planning; designing the crockery, liaising and checking the manufacturing with the far East company; creating concepts for all the required components of the suspension, designing, ordering and prototyping parts for the mechanical suspension, integrating the electronics within the physical design system; researching materials, testing the prototypes, organising and attending meetings with material suppliers, manufacturers, engineers and the client; suggesting solutions, as well as being the key point of contact.
